Valencia, 28 May 2026.- Grupo CYCLUS, a company specialising in the design and construction of industrial, technological and civil engineering projects, is reinforcing its commitment to young talent by bringing university students closer to some of its most emblematic projects, such as the Alicante City of Justice and the Estepona Boulevard. Through this initiative, the group — which has more than 65 years of history — aims to bridge the gap between academic training and professional reality in a sector increasingly shaped by technical specialisation.

Through its operating companies ITERCON and SERVITRIA, the group organises educational visits to ongoing projects, where students gain first-hand insight into construction processes, interdisciplinary coordination and the main technical challenges facing today’s infrastructure developments.

During the first half of this year alone, nearly 150 students from disciplines such as Building Engineering and Civil Engineering have already visited these sites, in collaboration with institutions including the University of Granada and the University of Alicante, consolidating these visits as a key tool in the practical training of emerging talent.

“At CYCLUS, we firmly believe that the best way to learn is by experiencing the reality of a project from the inside. That is why we promote initiatives like these, which allow students to engage directly with construction sites, understand the challenges of the sector and develop a practical perspective that complements their academic education,” says Manuel Marín, CEO of CYCLUS Gestión.

This initiative is complemented by an active university talent acquisition strategy. The group maintains a presence at some of the country’s leading employment forums, such as the Universitat Politècnica de València careers fair, as well as Civil Engineering and Environment Week events.

In addition, CYCLUS has strengthened its visibility at other major recruitment events, including the University of Alcalá (Madrid) careers fair, Expotalent, EUPLAON and the Construction Employment Fair in Zaragoza, further consolidating direct contact with students and recent graduates.

Through this approach, CYCLUS is strengthening the relationship between universities and industry while reinforcing its commitment to attracting talent in a sector increasingly defined by growing specialisation and technical complexity.
