CYCLUS Group closed out fiscal year 2025 by continuing its growth trajectory and solidifying its position as a leading player in the construction industry.
The Valencian business group, which includes ITERCON, SERVITRIA, and ALONDRA, has reported revenue of 302 million euros, compared to the 250.3 million recorded in 2024. This represents a 21% increase, driven by higher activity levels and the execution of new high-value-added projects.
The company has established itself in cutting-edge fields, developing infrastructure for advanced logistics and for the manufacture of battery cells for electric vehicles. It is also recognized for its expertise in the design and construction of data centers, a field in which it has earned the trust of leading international technology clients.
In addition, as part of its latest initiatives, the group has entered the microchip and semiconductor sector, participating in a joint venture for one of the largest projects of its kind in Spain.
ITERCON’s high level of specialization in the design and execution of critical infrastructure continues to be one of the main drivers of growth. SERVITRIA and ALONDRA round out the group’s value proposition, which ranges from land management to the design, construction, installation, and maintenance of large-scale projects. This comprehensive approach allows the group to offer 360° solutions, covering all phases of the construction cycle.
The group’s growth is driven by international expansion, diversification of its business, and the strengthening of its operational capabilities in the markets where it operates: Spain, Germany, Portugal, Romania, and Colombia.
The growth of CYCLUS Group is also reflected in its workforce. By 2025, the workforce had already exceeded 550 professionals, compared to 406 in 2024, thereby consolidating the company’s expansion. This increase is a result of the strengthening of its technical and operational capabilities, as well as the recruitment of talent in its main areas of activity.
